The role of the windows support engineer required minimum 2 years of experience (Help Desk, Computer(Laptop, Desktop)/ Printer, Tablet & smartphone (Android, windows mobile IOS) Support, AD, Windows 7, MAC OSX 10.x, common Network solution TCP/IP, Work Place Management, PC Install, commercial software install, Common System Maintenance/PC tooling RDP, security tools & Backup/ restore. All in one printer solutions & Mobile devices.
Should respond to ticket- request, questions, complains & incidents.
Should analyze, classify & prioritize tickets based on schedule for resolution / delivery.
Should perform ticket update, ticket closure with resolution and delivery details.
Should route tickets to other support groups if required and update the customer/ requester about the progress.
Hardware & Software Maintenance &Troubleshooting, Mail Configuration, Outlook Troubleshooting.
Troubleshoots minor equipment malfunctions and corrects them as directed by Computer operation manuals or supervisor
Troubleshooting experience with the following: Remote users, LAN, Printers etc. Proprietary and standard software applications, Phone Systems, Windows (various versions), and Active Directory
Ability to analyze, diagnosis and resolve reported problems on hardware, software, OS, applications and device compatibility.
Knowledge of multiple desktop programs, configuration and debugging techniques.
Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues
Patching Network connection.
Ability to retain detailed information needed to solve complex problems
Trouble shooting POS (Point of Sale) terminal
Experience updating Knowledge base.
Experience providing superior customer service and support.
Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure.
Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ensure constant self-development using day to day work, training, and any other available tool

All in one printer solutions& Mobile devices. Customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution. Autonomous, team player. Excellent English language skills both verbal & written.
Analytical trouble shooting skills, with technical support background.

The role of Network and Security Engineer is a L2 Intermediate position within Oceanic Technologies professional services team and involves the complete post-sales project lifecycle for network and security solution projects. Design, audit, implementation, deployment, integration and review of network and security solutions for our clients are just some of the responsibilities of this role.

The candidate will be motivated, determined and be self-driven that is able to work in a dynamic, challenging and sometime pressurized environments. We are looking for confident, talented and individuals that think outside the box. Our clients range from Enterprise and Service Providers and working with an established technical team you will be driven to engage, interact, learn and collaborate whilst being trained on all major vendors. Although the role is centric towards post-sales, a considerable amount of work will also be pre-sales focused and therefore inter-personal skills, ability to present in front of customers whilst proposing and consulting on network and security solutions are also key.

The role of Security Consultant / Analyst position within Oceanic Technologies professional services team is currently open and we are looking for someone with a high level of expertise on the following SIEM products – Arcsight / Q1Labs / Splunk.

The role involves consulting on SIEM solution projects that entails design, audit, implementation, deployment, integration and review of SIEM solutions for our clients. We are looking for candidates beyond the standard deployment of SIEM solutions where infrastructure and systems are integrated for log collection – what we are looking for is some with business logic, identying threat scenarios across different systems and applications and then implementing and recommending the corrective detective or preventative controls on the SIEM. This is what we call SIEM 2.0 and business integration into OSS/BSS and Vulnerability Management and NMS systems are critical components and the candidates must have knowledge within this space.

The role of the Marketing Executive (with 2-3 years of experience) is to drive efforts across a multichannel platform to support Oceanic Technologies in terms of awareness, marketing, publishing and business development. The candidate must be strong in social networking and understand the use of social networks in a business environment (Blog, Twitter, LinkedIn etc). The person will be responsible to build a database of events across the region, maintain strong rapport with event organizers and promote Protech Network in the right way. Other responsibilities include organizing quarterly events, manage newsletters, and build marketing collaterals for Oceanic Technologies.

The candidate must have some knowledge of IT and preference would be given to someone with knowledge with security however this is not strictly a technical role. This role requires a keen eye for detail and logical approach when working alongside other departments to continually improve the customer experience.

We are looking for a self-start, driven and enthusiastic individual who will help build Oceanic Technologies marketing function from the ground up.
